Balance Training for Seniors (60+)

EVERY WEDNESDAY 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM

THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS: BALANCE, STRENGTHENING AND STRETCHING; EXERCISE ARE DONE SITTING; CHOREOGRAPHED WALKING TO MUSIC; TO ENHANCE RANGE OF MOTION AND DECREASE STIFFNESS AND FATIGUE.
*** PARTICIPANTS ARE ADVISED TO WEAR COMFORTABLE WORKOUT CLOTHES***
*** PHYSICIAN'S CLEARANCE REQUIRED. RELEASE FORMS MUST BE SIGNED.***
