During summer, there is time reserved at the Highbridge Pool for senior use (ages 62 and over). Senior Splash offers a stress-free time to socialize, swim, stretch and enjoy the benefits of water in Parks’ outdoor pools. During the aquatics class, a qualified instructor teaches organized water exercise. Additional activities include lap swimming and water ballet.
