Hours a week: 30-40 Hours
Store Sales Associates Responsibilities and Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience: Minimum of 6 months to year of related work experience is required. (customer service & previous supermarket experience is a plus)
RESPONSIBILITIES: · Drive company sales growth through teamwork and customer service. · Supporting the team by maintaining communication and keeping work space organized.
· Build relationships with customers by following up on purchases, suggesting additional merchandise and inviting them to return. ·
Other job-related activities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: · Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
· Ability to learn new procedures, processes and product knowledge.
· Excellent team player with ability to work independently.
· Previous cash-handling and POS experience preferred.
Very Important - Some Notes from the employer: o Individuals hired will have a paid (12) day training leading up to the NLO.
o Employer will conduct a background check
o 2nd interview – qualified candidates for a one-on-one interview at their location
